Real vs Fake Boutiq: How to Verify
Boutiq is one of the most copied disposable brands. Run these checks on the box before you open it.
Check the strain names
Compare the set on the box with the official flavor list. A combination we do not list, a misspelled strain or a strain type that does not match is the most common giveaway.
Look at the print
Genuine boxes have sharp print, even colors and clean edges. Blurry logos, smudged text and crooked labels are warning signs.
Find the verification code
Genuine boxes carry a verification code. Use only the link or QR printed on the box, and check that it opens the brand site rather than a lookalike domain.
Read the result carefully
A code that reports as already verified on a box you just opened, or a site that accepts any code you type, means the product should not be trusted.
Sense-check the price
A V5 at a fraction of the going rate is almost always a copy. Compare it with the Switch V5 prices on our home page.
Red flags
- A flavor set that is not on the official list
- Misspelled strain names
- QR or link that opens an unfamiliar domain
- Code reported as already used on a sealed box
- Price far below the going rate

Boutiq Switch V5 real or fake
The V5 is the most copied model, so start there. Compare the three strains on the box with the Switch V5 flavor sets we list. Copies often use real strain names in combinations the brand never made, or misspell one of them (Tropicana as "Tripicana", for example). The tanks should be separate and the selector should switch between them.
Are Boutiq carts real?
Boutiq carts are copied as well. Check the cart box with the same steps, and look at the cart itself: a crooked mouthpiece, oil already inside the center post or a label that peels off easily are signs of a copy. Boutiq verification codes
Use only the link or QR printed on the box. Type the address yourself if you are unsure, and make sure it is the brand site rather than a lookalike. A verification page that accepts any code, or a code that reports as already used on a box you just opened, means the product should not be trusted.
Why fakes are a problem
