Returns, Refunds and Warranty

30-day replacement warranty

If a device or cart stops working within 30 days of delivery, we replace it. Email contact@vapespecial.com with your order number, a photo of the box and a short description or video of the problem.

What qualifies

Devices that will not fire or charge, carts that arrive leaking or cracked, and tanks that will not draw with oil remaining. Damage from heat, drops or water, and empty devices, are not covered.

Refunds

For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened vape products. Unopened orders can be refunded if you contact us before they ship. If we cannot replace a faulty product, we refund it to the original payment method.
